In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

By accessing the pkr655 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any casino game on pkr655.net, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the pkr655 Privacy Policy, Bonus Terms (where applicable), and the pkr655 Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the pkr655 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identity details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all fields of the registration form, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, your registered Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address that you own and control. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr655 Login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. pkr655 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify pkr655 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

• One account per player per household. pkr655 may verify this through IP address, device fingerprint, and payment method analysis.
• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party. Allowing another person to access your pkr655 Account is a breach of these terms.
• You must update your account information promptly if it changes, including your mobile number or email address.

All financial transactions on the pkr655 Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkr655 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 300. pkr655 reserves the right to modify these minimums with reasonable notice to players. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply and may vary by payment method and player account status.

• Creating, accessing, or operating more than one pkr655 Account, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent account verification request.

All content on the pkr655 Platform — including but not limited to the pkr655 brand name, logo, website design, text content, graphics, software, game interfaces, odds data, and all other proprietary materials — is the intellectual property of pkr655 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of the pkr655 Platform may be reproduced, distributed, republished, scraped, copied, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of pkr655. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. pkr655 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses or damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (c) errors, interruptions, defects, delays, or failure in the operation of the Platform or any component of it; or (d) any other matter relating to the Platform, even if pkr655 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pkr655 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to circumstances where pkr655 determines that: the player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; the player's use of the Platform poses a risk of harm to pkr655 or other players; the player's activity is inconsistent with legitimate recreational gambling; or a regulatory or legal obligation requires such action.

Players may close their pkr655 Account at any time by contacting pkr655 support via live chat or by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to completion of all applicable identity verification and anti-money laundering checks. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure.
